As we set foot at the lobby, we were greeted by friendly crews/employees and with a relaxing spa-like music. The lobby is huge and their sofas were very soft and comfy. We were also offered with complimentary bottled water while waiting for our key cards.







Overall, Nobu Hotel is the best hotel I've been and stayed to by far. Booking a room in this hotel is totally worth it. No doubt everyone is raving about this hotel.

What I like about it:

• I really love the packaging. It's secure and is an easy open pack.
• It's very thin and comfortable to wear as if you're not wearing any napkins at all.
• I'm very sensitive with napkins and i'm really surprised that I don't feel itchy at all even if i'm wearing the whole day.
• It doesn't irritate me.
• It absorbs well! I feel fresh and dry all day. The 7 layers that it claims are true!
• It really eliminates odor. It really does!

What I don't like about it:

• I really love it but sometimes it frustrates me when it falls off and doesn't stick well on my undies. So I usually have another extra one in my bag to change when this happens.

I was so happy when they sent me these hijabs! And i'll tell you what I like as well as dislike with these hijabs.


WHAT I LOVE:

• The variety of hijabs they're selling. I'm a sucker for pastel colors and I tell you hijabs with these kind are quite hard to find. So I was surprised when I saw lots of hijabs and dresses with pastel colors while browsing their IG feed.
• It's affordable! Most of their hijabs costs Php 300 but wait... What if I tell you with that price the shipping fee is free that is if you're living in the Philippines. It's awesome right?! :)
• I also love the quality of their hijabs. The stitches are good and I can really say it's matibay.

WHAT I DON'T LIKE:

• Honestly, I have none! I love everything about this shop. I just wish they would offer more hijab designs as well as viscose hijabs tho.

This is an instant hijab, good for those who are always in a hurry. But I suggest you wear an inner with this instant hijab to fully cover your hair. I also love the color. The cloth is soft but not as soft as the other scarf, i'm not exactly sure what kind of cloth it is. Alas, I love it!

Last October 11, 2014, I was invited to the official launching in GenSan of the DOON PO SA AMIN VIDEO COMPETITON together with SMART and GenSan Tourism at  Greenleaf Hotel.

There are representatives from GenSan Tourism and Sarangani Province Tourism to talk about places to go here in the region and of course the cultural heritage, also some programs and activities that they are doing. I’m just honored to be invited for I’ve learned a lot and met awesome people! Plus the food is superb!

So let’s get to the point, what is this DOON PO SA AMIN VIDEO COMPETITON?

Doon Po Sa Amin is the biggest online mapping activity in the country, designed to uncover the best and most unique stories about the Philippine culture and heritage. This is Open to all HS and college students, young professionals and film-making enthusiasts.


There are just three easy breezy steps that you must remember: COLLABORATE, CREATE, SHOOT.

COLLABORATE! Form a team which consists of 8-10 members. There is the student division (the HS and college students) and the open division (Independent filmmaking enthusiasts).

CREATE! Pick a category from the following: activities to enjoy, food, history to uncover, people to meet, places to go, plants and animals, community products to support.

SHOOT! Make a video with the following format or combine it all together: animation, documentary, music video, and short film.

Something amazing happened! I am now officially a member of SOX Bloggers! An official bloggers group in SoCSKSarGen area. Many thanks to the lovely Kyrie and Sir Avel. I was really psyched to attend my first ever SOX Blogger event: A visit to Celine’s Salon here in GenSan.




Celine’s Salon is the newest chic salon here in General Santos City located at Sun City Suites complex. It’s all about the ultimate pampering experience you can have!



When I entered, aside from Sir Avel, I was greeted by the smile of the employees, also Ms. Kate and the owner Ms. Mitchy. I was really shy for the reason that it’s my first time to attend such event but I immediately felt the VIP treatment. Yes! Their mission is to provide a one-of-a-kind pampering experience and guarantee you with quality services and VIP treatment fit for king and queen.

Celine’s Salon offer a wide range of hair, nails, make-up and waxing services. When I say quality, it really is quality for they use imported and branded products such as L’oreal, Davines and Schwarkof, Zoya, Essie and Orly.





When it comes to the place I can really say “yes this place definitely gives me the ultimate pampering experience.” Aside from friendly staff, the place greeted me with sweet (but not too sweet that makes your nose itchy) aroma scent, unlike other salons which all you can smell is the chemicals or products that they use. Also, the place is quiet and has no TV which is a plus cos you can really relax.The interior is amazing, the couches are really comfortable to sit on, and the displays/decorations are just perfect such as Eiffel towers, cute frames, flowers, vintage phone and etc. The one’s you will really take a picture of cos it’s perfect for an instagram post. :D




If you left your phone or ipad/tablet, don’t worry cos Celine’s have in-house ipads/tablets which customers can use. Awesome right?! Either you want to log in to different social media sites or just read magazines from aldiko, you won’t be bored while having your hair or nails done.



        And of course it wouldn’t be complete without food. Celine’s Salon provide complimentary tea/coffee/juice and snacks like popcorn/cookies. Yes, they have a cute mini popcorn maker! Super awesome!

I only stayed an hour because I had some work to do at school, but I will definitely go back and i’m thinking of availing their 999 promo. I’m psyched about it and of course i’m gonna blog it! But before I go, lemme take a selfie with such wonderful people. :)
